Renovation of a library in Fairplay, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,064-square-foot library.

Reference Number 0000355631 Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified roofing companies to remove, dispose, and replace the metal roofing on the Fairplay library garage located at 400 Front St Fairplay CO, 80440. Replacement to be Pro panel 26 gauge with eave, ridge cap, and fascia flashing. Roof dimensions are 14x38 per side (x2) equaling approximately 1,064 square feet. All flashing dimensions should be verified by the contractor. Color is to match the adjoining library building roof (Brown/Tan.) Notice of intent to award to be sent within ten days of bid closure. Project Duration: Completed within 2 weeks of start of removal. Estimated Project Start Date: July 2024 Question Deadline 06/28/2024 at 9:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid. The County also reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities contained in said bid, and to negotiate any optional items with the successful bidder.
