The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Mobilization, quality control, removal and installation of a new standing seam metal roof including underlayment, ridge vent, flashing, drip edge, roof curbs, crickets, gutters, and downspouts, installation of roof, valley, gutter, and downspout ice/snow melt system including electrical circuits; interior and exterior modifications including removal of carpet and installation of carpet tiles, replacing stained and damaged acoustical panels and ceiling tiles, and seal windows, installation of (8) additional communication outlets and associated electrical for telecom In Accordance With the Statement of Work and other applicable documents.
