Reference Number 0000378659 Delivery Point: Fairplay, Colorado Purchase Type: Term: 04/01/2025 02:00 AM EDT - 12/31/2025 02:00 AM EST Through this invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified companies to perform different types of asphalt repairing techniques around Park County on an on-call basis. This contract will encompass all of 2025 and will be as needed. It can be anywhere around the County and will involve various asphalt repair methods. Slurry seal Crack seal Mastic Seal coat Resurface/overlay Others as needed Question Deadline 03/20/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Responses will be shared with all potential respondents. Notice to proceed (NTP) to be issued no later than 14 days after award. Work to begin within 10 days of NTP. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid. The County also reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities contained in said bid, and to negotiate any optional items with the successful bidder.
