Work includes, but is not limited to the following; construction of a new entrance to the building, minor site work, drainage, and parking area, minor interior demolition and remodel, new ADA restroom, closure of existing doorways; new door openings, new partition, removal of some existing cabinets and all carpet, new hard surface floor covering, complete interior repain! new HVAC mini-split system. The Owner has contracted to insulate the walls and attic separately.
