Reference Number 0000375705 Job Location: Park County Sheriff's Office, 1180 Co Rd 16, Fairplay, CO 80440 Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified contractors to conduct excavation, foundation, concrete, and utility work for the installation of a bunk house building at the Park County Sheriff's office building. This will include a grade beam, 40 concrete piers for foundation, tapping into the Town of Fairplay's existing water, sewer, and electrical lines, and excavation and compaction dirt work. Question Deadline 02/21/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Responses will be shared with all potential respondents. Bid Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid. The County also reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities contained in said bid, and to negotiate any optional items with the successful bidder.
