Reference Number 0000372763 Delivery Point: Park County, Colorado Purchase Type: Term: 02/17/2025 02:00 AM EST - 12/31/2025 02:00 AM EST Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible qualified construction companies to perform culvert installation in and on-call format around Park County, Colorado. Please attach a time and materials sheet to the end of this bid on exhibit A. The culverts to be installed are to be between 12" in diameter and 36" in diameter and between 20' and 30' in length. Culverts must meet American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) standards for installation and materials. Please attach pricing quotes for both steel culverts and HDPE culverts. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this IFB must be through online. Notice to proceed (NTP) to be issued no later than 14 days after award. Work to begin within 30 days of NTP. Park County reserves the right to waive any technical or formal errors or omissions and to reject any or all bids, or accept any presented which meet or exceed the specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of Park County, and will not necessarily be bound to accept the low bid.
