As of November 10, 2025, this Project has been cancelled. The New York Power Authority ("NYPA" or "Authority") invites qualified Suppliers to submit a proposal for the Scout Park Enhancements for park-enhancement work at Scout Park in Hamlin, NY. The goal is the renovation, rehabilitation, and new construction of set areas of Scout Park. The successful Bidder will be responsible for of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor materials and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the contract documents) and performing all operations required for Scout Park Enhancement. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement.
