DOT is seeking repair of concrete head wall on southeast corner of trailing side of south bound bridge on I-380 at 50.6 mile marker. DOT Estimated Start Date: May 29th, 2024 DOT Estimated End Date: June 25th, 2024 This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 at 1:00 PM CT Questions: Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Tanner Thomsen (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Tanner Thomsen in writing preferably through the site. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below) DOT will coordinate with staff and send you confirmation once the site visit has been scheduled. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all items. All items are tied.
