A timeline for award has not yet been established. 2024 Street Improvements Project The project consists of furnishing all material, labor, equipment and appurtenances for full depth reconstruction of Hunters Road for a distance of approximately 3429 L.F. The Proposal for the 2024 Street Improvements Project shall be accompanied by cash, money order, a certified or cashier's good faith check or a bond with corporate surety in the amount of at least 10% of the total Proposal. All Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) days, and the project must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount, said bonds to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania As of May 17, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded.
