The replacement of the wastewater treatment system,
The replacement of the water supply system,
The dismantling of the civil workshop,
The relocation of the helipad,
The earthworks of the sites
The construction of galleries and stairs on the current residence as well as on the dormitory (502);
Replacement of carpet flooring in the existing residences and dormitory (502);
The addition of air conditioning on the dormitory of the current residences (501) of Hart-Jaune as well as on the dormitory (502);
Replacement of the roofs of the dormitory of the current residences (501), the cafeteria and the dormitory (502)
The replacement of the exterior cladding of the dormitory (502) and the dormitory of the current residences (501)
The construction of two new vestibules
