Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract includes a base bid and one alternate bid for the removal and replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk, and curb ramps at specified locations within Perkasie Borough A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (up to $5,000) is assessed only to bidders who are awarded contracts. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, including but not limited to being accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to the Borough of Perkasie. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish proof of insurance, performance and payment bonds for 100% of the amount of the contract and maintenance bond in such form as meets the approval of the Borough of Perkasie and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by the Borough of Perkasie. The Borough of Perkasie reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
