The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter "TOWN"), through its Town Administration, invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the window replacement and siding repair to the Visitor Services Center Building (hereinafter "VSC") located at 25 Federal Street, Nantucket, MA 02554. The Town of Nantucket reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest. Bidders must submit a bid deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid. Bid deposit may be in the form of a certified check; a bank, treasurers or cashier's check; or a bid bond from a surety company.
