Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of the demolition and removal of all existing playground equipment, preparation of site grades for installation of new equipment, installation of ADA-compliant ramps, resurfacing and striping of existing basketball court and resurfacing of existing sidewalk. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work A. Demolition of existing site features B. Site grading C. Erosion controls D. Traffic controls E. installation of new stormwater management F. Site Improvements Ray Roche Park Improvement Project. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. Demolition of existing site features B. Site grading C. Erosion controls D. Traffic controls E. installation of new stormwater management F. Site Improvements Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten (10) percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are to be used during this contract. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Township.
