Demolish existing Administration Offices. Demolish existing Classroom. Reconstruct new Administration Offices in former Classroom. Reconstruct new Classroom in former Administration Offices space. Work shall include all general construction, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, data and communication wiring and equipment relocations. The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes but not limited to: a. Demolish existing Administration Offices. b. Demolish existing Classroom c. Reconstruct new Administration Offices in former Classroom d. Reconstruct new Classroom in former Administration Offices space. e. Work shall include all general construction, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, data and communication wiring and equipment relocations. f. Coordinate N.I.C. fire alarm, security, access control scope of work with owners vendor (Sonitrol). Location- 1895 Barnum Ave Stratford, CT 06615 1. Project is paid for in part or whole by the State of Connecticut funds provided by the Dept. of Administrative Services (DAS). 2. Contractors must comply with State Prevailing Fair Wage Provisions (for new construction projects over $1,000,000.00 and remodel/repair projects over $100,000.00 - C.G.S. 31-53(g)). 3.
