Sunrise Blvd. Rehabilitation Project -Phase 2 Scope: Repairing sidewalk and ADA sidewalk curb ramps, removing and replacing concrete median curbs, landscape and irrigation, grinding AC areas and performing Partial Depth Recycle (PDR) and capping with rubberized asphalt concrete, all along Sunrise Blvd, as well as upsizing storm drain pipe along Mechanical Dr & Recycle Rd. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $12,624,000 Questions regarding this project are due online through OpenGov before 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 16, 2024. The work to be done under this contract consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and for doing all work necessary for repairing sidewalk and ADA sidewalk curb 4.4. Award and Execution of Contract ramps, removing and replacing concrete median curbs, landscape and irrigation, grinding AC areas and performing Partial Depth Recycle (PDR) and capping with rubberized asphalt concrete, all along Sunrise Blvd, as well as upsizing storm drain pipe along Mechanical Dr & Recycle Rd, and other items and details not mentioned above but described in these Special Provisions or shown on the Plans or Contract Documents or as designated by the engineer. Time for completion of the work is One Hundred Twenty (120) Working Days from the date of issuance as stated in the Notice to Proceed by the City.
