Project Category Code: Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Stormwater Improvements The City of Athena, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of South 5th Street Sidewalk - 2024. Work for this Project consists of approximately 1,000 linear feet (LF) of concrete sidewalk, curb, and gutter along the east side of 5th Street adjacent to the Weston-McEwen High School property. Stormwater improvements include the replacement of three catch basins and installation of one additional catch basin. Additive Work to be considered by the Owner includes approximately 170 LF of additional concrete sidewalk to connect the new 5th Street sidewalk to the Athena City Park. Work shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the Project as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Additional Description: The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
