Contracts will be awarded for the entire scope of work including, but not limited to, demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, siding, roofing, doors & windows, drywall, flooring, painting, appliances, window coverings, casework, countertops, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Anticipated construction start is late June 2024 The estimated aggregate value of the work is approximately $7.6 million.
