SCOPE OF WORK The mechanical contractor (Contractor) shall implement all work, including but not limited to labor, materials, equipment, testing, inspections, permitting, and transportation required for the rerouting of the cooling towers condenser water system piping and related work Questions Due: 5/17/24 by 5:00 p.m. ET Anticipated Substantial Completion Mid-September 2024 Notice of Award June 7, 2024 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES - CONSTRUCTION PHASE H.6.1 The Contractor shall pay to DC Public Library the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) as agreed liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay in completion of the work for this project, within the time limits set forth in the RFP.
