This modification extends the RFQ question due date to reflect May 10, 2024. This modification also changes the RFQ response date to reflect May 24, 2024. The U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing this Solicitation to support this requirement for a site upgrade for Non-Road Spark Ignition (NRSI) Engine Testing at the National Vehicle and Fuel Emissions Laboratory at the National Vehicle and Emissions Laboratory ("NVFEL") in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mail Code: 3803R Washington DC 20460 USA 0001 The contractor shall provide a test automation system ("TAS") to control a variety of engine test cycles. As used in this Statement of Work ("SOW"), the term "TAS" refers to an assemblage of contractor-supplied computers, computer peripherals, sensors, network devices, wiring, hardware, and software necessary to conduct automated engine testing. Questions about the technical or contractual details of this procurement are due no later than 2:00 PM, Eastern Time, on May 10, 2024 via email to Lisa Lusk, lusk.lisa@epa.gov and Tomeka Hall, hall.tomeka@epa.gov. A consolidated list of the question and answers will be provided as an amendment to the RFQ.
