The Housing Authority of Thurston County (HATC) is receiving sealed bids for the renovation of the Sterling Pines Renovation project in Tumwater, WA. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: interior renovations of 24 units, overlaying new siding, replace storm drain system, and landscaping. Cost estimate range: $2.9 MM to $3.2 MM.
