Project Description: The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of preparing and or updating preliminary engineering design and cost estimates for construction of approximately 2,500 lineal feet of street improvements including traffic lanes, shoulders, traffic curb and gutter, planter strip, bicycle, and pedestrian paths as well as fire hydrants, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and water facilities. This project has a Voluntary 10% SBE goal and the Consultant will be required to submit a SBE Participation Plan prior to commencing work. This agreement will be for approximately two years in duration with an estimated start time of June 1, 2024 and estimated end date of June 30, 2026 with the option for the Town of Concrete to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
