Site work for a golf course in Wheeling, West Virginia. Working plans call for site work for a golf course.
1. Project consists of providing all design, labor, material, equipment and supervision to complete the work as detailed herein. 2. The specific area of work is located on the lawn at the Driving Range area of Oglebay Park. 2024 OGLEBAY DRIVING RANGE SYNTHETIC PUTTING GREEN consists of the professional design and installation of an approximately 3,000 SF contoured synthetic putting green and fringe at the lawn at the Driving Range in Oglebay Park. Scope is a turnkey operation including excavation of existing vegetation, installation of base material, cushion, cup sleeves and turf top dressed and rolled. Area then to be backfilled and tapered into the existing landscape. Bids will consist of two parts: 1) Introduction of the bidding company describing qualifications and previous successful installations designed and installed by the company; and 2) Bid Package wherein bidder will provide the proposed design and submit a Bid Price for the turnkey installation. The Wheeling Park Commission reserves the right to delete any or all portions of the Bid, waive any informalities or minor defects, and reject any or all bids.
