Site work for a civil project in Tipton, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project includes 14 bioreactors and 25 saturated buffer structures located in Cedar, Scott, Johnson, and Muscatine Counties Some of the materials required for this project include: 55 water control structures (WCS), 4136 cubic yards of woodchips, 2945 square yards of geotextile fabric, perforated and non-perforated piping, outlet structures, amidst other items. In general, the work involves, and is not limited to, excavation, earthwork, grading, mobilization, and seeding. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. To be considered in a final addendum, written questions must be received by 3:00 PM on May 23, 2024.
