Special Bid Requirement: Submit With the Bid, a Letter of Reference From One (1) Company or Government Agency That Indicates the Company Names in the Bid is Engaged in or Has Satisfactorily Completed a Contract With Similar Work and Budget Amount Within the Last (3) Three Years as the Prime Contractor on a Landscape Contract. Submit With the Bid, Three (3) Letters of Endorsements With Similar Work and Budget Amount From Three (3) Separate Florida Registered Landscape Architects.
