Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reidsville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of June 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. This will be decided after tomorrow’s meeting 1. Existing shingle roofing shall be removed down to substrate and disposed of off property. 2. All debris (nails, packaging, etc.) created from removal and replacement of roofing is to be cleaned from perimeter grounds of building. 3. New asphalt shingles are to be 30yr. Timberline with a synthetic felt underlayment, ice and water shield in all valleys, new eaves drip and new ridge vent. 4. Any areas of substrate in need of repair will be executed on a per sq. ft. price to be included as an attachment to the bid. Areas in question are to be approved for repair by project manager at time of discovery. The Tattnall County Industrial Development Authority is seeking bids to replace the asphalt shingle roofing on two (2) buildings located on the same parcel of property with separate addresses. One being at 211 South Tillman St. Glennville Georgia and the other at 209 Bolton St. Glennville Ga. Bidders are required to provide proof of Workers Compensation and General Liability coverage with their proposal.
