The Franklin County Fiscal Court is soliciting qualifications from consulting engineers for services relating to planning, design, plan review, and construction-related services. Statements should include a description of the firm's capabilities and experience in the field of architectural and general civil engineering (20 pts.), the firm's location, facilities, and equipment (20 pts.), and ability to provide responsive service to the Franklin County Fiscal Court (20 pts.). Firms responding to the request will be ranked according to the written information submitted. The Franklin County Fiscal Court will enter into negotiations with the highest ranked firm to execute an engineering service agreement. If the parties are unable to negotiate a satisfactory agreement, the second ranked firm will be promptly notified. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Attention of all those submitting qualifications is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109, Title VI and Executive Order 11246. The Franklin County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that may result from this advertisement.
