The California Department Of Water Resources (Dwr) For Manufacturing, Testing, And Delivery Of Four (4) 108-inch Butterfly Valve Assemblies, For Use In The Dwr Santa Ana Pipeline Located In The State Water Project (Swp). Bidder And Any Identified Subcontractors Must Be Registered As A Public Works Contractor With The Department Of Industrial Relations. The Bid Must Be Accompanied By One Of The Following Forms Of Bidder's Security: Cash, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Or Bidder's Bond Executed By A Surety Registered With The California Department Of Insurance And Made Payable To Dwr For Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Bid Amount. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
