This Addendum shall be considered part of the bid documents for the abovementioned request for proposal as though it had been issued at the same time and shall be incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original bid documents, this Addendum shall govern and take precedence. Install service outlets as per code requirements Scope of Work The VAN BUREN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT is soliciting competitive bids for the removal, disposal, and replacement of three split AC systems located at Van Buren Tech, 250 South Street, Lawrence, MI 49064. Bidding companies are responsible for all measurements and other details of this proposal. Response to this request for proposal is indication that the vendor has checked all aspects of this request. The awarded bidder must comply with the applicable Federal, State, and local safety requirements. Prior to initiation of services, the awarded bidder shall provide a copy of their written safety program, which shall include health, safety, and environmental quality for review. Specifications Remove and dispose of existing condenser and evaporator coils, lineset, and air handler. Installation of new two (2) ton condenser(s) on AC pad and isolate from the roof with condenser cork pads, new evaporator coil(s), lineset(s), and air handler(s). Install and insulate new condensate drain line to existing drain. Reconnect to existing duct, properly seal and insulate duct connections with not less than R6 insulation. Install condensate drain pan under new air handler and evaporator coil and connect to existing condensate drain. Reconnect to existing line and low voltage wiring, installation of new disconnect at condenser. Evacuate system to at least 500 micron and hold test for two (2) hours. Properly seal all roof penetrations. Complete start-up and verify proper operation of systems.
