Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the West Muskingum Local School District as provided in this notice for the Administrative Center Outdoor LED Display Project. Question Deadline 05/17/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit written questions to Jeremy Davis, APG Architects, at jdavis@apgarchitects.com by 12:00 P.M. 3 days before the bidding deadline to allow sufficient time for the Design Professional to respond. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. 1. Only one contract will be issued by the Owner for constructing the Project, the General Contract, which will cover all scopes of work necessary to construct the Project. 2. The Contractor awarded the General Contract (General Contractor) will be responsible for the performance and coordination of any and all subcontractors and suppliers either directly or indirectly contracted with the General Contractor. 3.
