The City of Glens Falls is seeking qualified Contractors interested in bidding on residential housing rehabilitation and emergency repair projects financed through the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and/or NYS HOME Program administered by the City's Community Development Office with funds from the Federal and State governments, respectively. Through this RFQ process, the City developing a list of qualified contractors that are allowed to bid under the rules of the program on the rehabilitation work as detailed in work scopes as developed for each project. The City generally has funding to support several single-family or multi-family rehabilitation projects each year with expected repair costs between $10,000 and $40,000.
