Renovation of a mixed-use development in Glens Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of wood gymnasium floor and wall base in kind. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. The Glens Falls Common School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
