PROPOSAL FOR WATERSTONE PHASE 2 - Wastewater Line to FM 110, FM 110 & CR 158 Culvert The proposal for the construction of Wastewater line to FM 110 includes: approximately 6139-ft of 12-inch PVC SDR 26 (D2241) pipe and 484.58 of 12" PVC carrier pipe and 24" steel casing, which will be servicing tract R159874. This tract is located northwest of the intersection of Yarrington Road & CR 158, and south of the proposed right-of-way for the future FM 110 roadway. The deadline to ask questions is 7/17/2024 4:00 PM CST The proposal for the construction of the FM 110 Culvert includes: a 6-ft x 3-ft precast concrete box culvert, approximately 111-ft in length. This will be servicing tract R159872, R185245 and R159871, located just west of the FM 110 and CR 158 intersection. All prospective bidders will be provided all bid documents. The proposal for the construction of the CR 158 Culvert includes: two (2) 36-in reinforced concrete pipes, approximately 78-ft in length. This will be servicing tract R159880 and R159554, located just north of the CR 158 and FM 110 intersection. A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or acceptable BIDDER's Bond, payable to Waterstone Development Partners, LTD, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the BIDDER will enter into a contract and execute bonds within fifteen (15) calendar days of award of the Contract. Performance and Payment Bonds shall also be executed on the forms furnished by the OWNER and shall specifically provide for "Performance" and for "Labor and Materials Payment". Each bond shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of contract price by a solvent Surety company, authorized to do business in the State of Texas and acceptable to the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all minor defects or irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting bid. The OWNER reserves the right to determine which bids are most advantageous to the OWNER and the DISTRICT, and to award the Contract on this basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of seventy-five (75) calendar days after opening of the bids. If a submitted bid is withdrawn within said period, bid guaranty shall become the property of the OWNER, not as penalty, but as liquidated damages, or OWNER may pursue any other action allowed by law.
