Newark Unified School District, 5715 Musick Avenue, Newark, CA 94560. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the District, as detailed in the Contract Documents. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. "Bid No. 03-23-24 CN Center Re-Roofing". All requests for information/questions must be submitted, in writing, via email to janie@ehanda.com, and received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024.
