To become a registered plan holder and to bid electronically, bidders must create an account at website. Bids will only be accepted by submitting an electronic bid using website. Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Waseca County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond payable to Waseca County, in the full amount of the bid, shall be furnished by the successful bidder.
