Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bidders Bond in Favor of the Leet Township Municipal Authority in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Proposal. This Project is Subject to the Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers Must Be Paid Not Less Than the Prevailing Minimum Wages as Established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as Shown on the Applicable Schedule. The project involves pipe bursting of an existing sewer line and installation of new sanitary sewer line via the pipe bursting method, selective demolition within an existing diversion structure and installation of a new manhole and sanitary sewer line. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids. The Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Informality in Bids Received.
