Markman Park Road Improvements Phase 1 All questions related to the project shall be addressed to Art Gazdik, Marshall Township Engineer at artgazdik@groundworkcivil.net. The work shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the following Contracts: Markman Park Road Improvements Contract - The Project includes asphalt full depth reclamation, asphalt paving, grading and associated items of work. Pennsylvania prevailing wages shall be paid on all contact values of more than $25,000.00, unless noted otherwise in the contract documents. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Municipality of Marshall Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Contractor shall submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. All proposals will remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening. The Marshall Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof for any reason and reserves the right to waive any informality therein or to award the bid to the best responsible bidder.
