Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Township of Spring Board of Supervisors will accept Proposals for the Township of Spring's 2025 Roadwork Project. Bidders may submit a proposal for the base bid or the alternate bid or both. The Work in the base bid consists of resurfacing various roads in the Township including 15,600 square yards of FB-3 modified bituminous leveling and wearing courses, 10,185 square yards of FB modified bituminous leveling and wearing courses, 10 ADA ramp installations and related activities. The Work in the alternate bid consists of resurfacing various roads in the Township including 25,785 square yards of Superpave leveling and wearing courses, 15,600 square yards of paving fabric, 10 ADA ramp installations and related activities. Bidders are advised that Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates apply to this Contract. The Work must be completed not more than seventy-five (75) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Proposal Security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal. Proposals shall be effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening. Bidders are required to be PennDOT prequalified. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals or portions thereof. Certain portions of the project may be modified or eliminated as a result of budget limitations.
