Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes mill and overlay of Berkshire Boulevard from the Walmart entrance to Ridgewood Road, all of Cherry Drive, and Oriole Road from Old Mill Road to Farr Road. Double micro surfacing will take place on Crossing Drive from Berkshire Boulevard to Woodland Road, on North Wyomissing Boulevard from Park Road to N6th Street, and on Parkside Drive South from Wyomissing Boulevard to the Borough limit. Work also includes a 500square yard path on Telford Avenue, paving of 700 square yard parking lot at one of the Borough's park buildings, and the construction of additional ADA ramps. Responses will be provided on online. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%)of the bid, made payable to Wyomissing Borough. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%)of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. Bidders must conform to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act since the estimated construction costs of the project exceed $100,000. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions ,irregularities, or informalities in the bid, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Borough.
