Anderson County is seeking bids for Cold Mix. The County anticipates issuing a one- year contract with four one-year renewal options. All materials must be in conformance with Tennessee Department of Transportation specifications. Vendor must submit copy of Plant's State Certification with the bid. Bond Notes: Performance Bond Required A One Hundred Percent (100%) performance or an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of Anderson County Government at a federally insured financial institution in accordance with T.C.A. 12-4- 201. This MUST be submitted before purchase order issued. REQUIRED IF BID IS OVER $100,000. Vendors shall hold their price firm and subject to acceptance by Anderson County for a minimum period of sixty (60) working days from the date of the bid opening, unless otherwise indicated in their bid. Any or all bids may be rejected for good cause. Owner Rights: Anderson county reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed favorable and in the best interest of anderson county.
