Period of Contract: Date of Award through June 30, 2025 (With the option to renew for One (1) additional Twelve (12) month periods) Questions/Addenda: Questions requesting clarification of the bid must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer indicated above: Before the end of the day, on Friday, May 17, 2024. Answers to questions will be available in the form of an addendum on the Procurement and Contracts' website The intent of this bid solicitation is to provide a new generator located to the East of the current maintenance shop, near the existing utility transformers. The awarded vendor will need to provide and install a new CAT or equivalent generator onto new concrete pad, designed and supplied by the contractor to meet the load specifications of the equipment they bid. Contractor will need to extend the fuel line and power connections as required to connect to the new generator. VOLTAGE OPTION 60HZ 480 VOLT (WYE) ENGINE RATING 60 Hz, 1000 EKW W/FAN The awarded vendor shall provide the following: o New concrete pad o New underground conduit from pad into building o New coordination study on the emergency circuits o Provide and install new 1600A generator dual purpose docking station o New 1600A/100A feeders from gen breaker and tie into existing feeder going to existing ATS's o New batteries, rack, cables, and charger The vendor shall include the following with their bid pricing: o First Destination Freight o Start-up & Training - Model C32 o Model C32 - Load Bank o Testing - up to 4 hours o Installation o Crane Services *Price should not include any change out of existing ATS's.
