Energy Management Control System Upgrade Questions/Addenda: Questions requesting clarification of the bid must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer indicated above: Before the end of the day, on Friday, May 17, 2024. Answers to questions will be available in the form of an addendum on the Procurement and Contracts at online. Withdrawal of Proposals A proposal may be withdrawn on written request from the bidder to the Procurement Officer at the Office of Procurement and Contracts prior to the closing date. Acceptance or Rejection The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or part of a proposal; to waive any informalities or technicalities; clarify any ambiguities in proposals; modify any criteria in this RFP; and unless otherwise specified, to accept any item in a proposal. Per ADDA 3 Previous close date was May 23, 2024. New close date is Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 2:00pm.
