Renovation of a municipal facility in Pflugerville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter G, Building Using Design-Build Method, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is requesting submittal of qualifications to provide Design-Build (DB) services for a new state office building located on State Highway 130 in Pflugerville, Texas hereinafter described as TFC Project #23-007-3410 (the Project). CONTRACT TERM: It is the intention of TFC to award a Contract for Design-Build Services for the term of the project. Services undertaken pursuant to this solicitation will be required to commence within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery of a Notice to Proceed. The Project associated with the services requested in this solicitation is anticipated to be six hundred (600) calendar days. Question Deadline May 29, 2024
