On August 13, 2024, the construction manager at risk was awarded by Pflugerville City Council. Construction is anticipated to begin in January 2025 and be completed in June 2026. The deadline to ask questions is 5/30/2024 4:00 PM CST OWNER has set a total budget of approximately $75,000,000 for this PROJECT, which includes all construction costs The City of Pflugerville, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager-at-Risk (hereinafter referred to as CMAR) using the two-step process authorized by Section 2269, Subchapter F, of the Texas Local Government Code, and invites the submittal of responses to this RFQ from qualified firms or teams ) interested in providing CMAR services in connection with the design and construction of a new Public Works Complex. This project provides for construction of a new Public Works Complex of approximately 115,000 square feet consisting of a Public Works Administration Building, fueling bays, wash bay, fleet service bays, heavy equipment warehouse, mechanical workshops, inventory storage warehouse, material storage bays, and support spaces associated with Public Works facilities. The new Public Works Complex is proposed to be located along East Pflugerville Parkway in Pflugerville, TX
