Site work for a water / sewer project in Olds, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The 2024 project is to utilize cementitious, or an approved epoxy liner alternate such a Zebron, for either full or partial barrel relining of 23 manholes, including benching repair of approximately 5 manholes. Twenty-two barrels have a diameter of 1,220mm, one barrel has a diameter of 1830mm. Depths range from 2.1 meters to 9 meters. Please refer to Attachment 1 for details. The 2025 project is provisional and may entail 20 manholes for relining, contingent on Council Budget Approval. Scope of work as follows: Implementation of traffic accommodation Plugging upstream collection line and by-pass pumping (if required) Clean and remove debris (if required) Seal or plug joints or defects as required Reline existing manhole with a minimum 18mm thick cementitious or epoxy liner Remove hole plugs and return to normal operations Submission of a report with photos
