Site work for a mixed-use development in Olds, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from qualified contractors for the repair of various utility dig sites within the Town of Olds as part of our 2024 Utility Dig Repair Program. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services to ensure the proper repair of asphalt patches and concrete work as specified in the Scope of Work contained in Attachment 1. Work shall include but not be limited to asphalt patching, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter installation. LOCATIONS The town is located at the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 2A, 5 km west of the Queen Elizabeth II Highway, 80 kilometres north of Calgary and 60 km south of Red Deer.
