Renovation of a residential development in Conestoga, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Project Generally Includes, but is Not Limited to, the Following Activities: -the Renovation of an Approximately 3,200 Sf Existing Residential Property, Including Associated Demolition Work. The Project Will Be Performed Under Four (4) Separate Prime Contracts Contract 3 - Plumbing Work Contract All Questions Must Be Submitted by May 29, 2024 at 4:00 Pm. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Within Sixty (60) Days After Bid Opening, and the Owner Shall Award a Contract or Reject All Bids on or Before Such Sixty (60) Day Period. It is the Owner's Intent to Begin Construction at the Earliest Possible Date After Award of a Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right, Which is Understood and Agreed to by All Bidders, to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Omissions, Errors, Mistakes, Defects, or Irregularities in Any Bid at Its Sole Discretion. General Construction: a. Renovation of an approximately 3,200 sf existing residential property, including associated demolition work. b. Any other items not specifically included in other contracts (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) for the 2620 River Road House Renovation project. c. Coordination of work under the contracts (General Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical) for the 2620 River Road House Renovation project. 2. HVAC: a. All HVAC work required for the 2620 River Road House Renovation project included in the contract drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents. 3. Plumbing: a. All Plumbing work required for the 2620 River Road House Renovation project included in the contract drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents. 4. Electrical: a. All Electrical work required for the 2620 River Road House Renovation project included in the contract drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents. Question Deadline 05/29/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Requests in writing shall be addressed to: Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority, 1299 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603 to the attention of Mr. Nicholas A. Kohr, P.E. - Director of Capital Projects. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to the Owner. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by
