The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing aluminum sign blanks, posts and related hardware and components for the Traffic Engineering Sign Shop Division, as specified in the bid requirements. The orders will be placed on an as needed basis in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract documents. Question Submission Deadline:May 17, 2024, 10:00am The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing aluminum sign blanks, posts and related hardware and components for the Traffic Engineering Sign Shop Division, as specified in the bid requirements. The orders will be placed on an as needed basis in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract documents. FORM: If taking exception to specifications, place a check in the appropriate box and explain in detail the differences between the equipment proposed and the equipment specified. Also explain what impact may be anticipated in performance of the equipment. The County will determine if exceptions are acceptable. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification of your bid. Electronic bids shall be received by PCD online in accordance with the instructions in this solicitation documents, unless otherwise revised via posted Addenda. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in the Public Opening should call the noted PCD Contact Person at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the Public Opening at (407) 665-7116.
