A. The Work comprises the Project for the District Wide Parking Lot Repair for: Albert Gallatin Area School District. B. This District Wide project consist of crack repair, seal coating, and line striping at 2 sites throughout the District. The Contractor shall visit each site and base his bid on his own observations and measurements. C. The (2) project sites in Fayette County include: 1. Administration Building 2625 Morgantown Road, Uniontown, PA 15401 2. AL Wilson Elementary School 100 AL Wilson Drive, Fairchance, PA, 15436 D. The Work for these (2) sites shall be performed under a Stipulated Sum, Single Prime Construction contract. District Wide Parking Lot Seal Coating. This Project is Subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Approved August 15, 1961, P.l. 987 (Act No. 442), as Amended and Supplemented, and Reference is Made to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates Applicable to This Project Which Have Been Promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. Corporations Seeking to Bid and Organized Under the Laws of a State Other Than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Must Secure the Appropriate Certificates and Authorizations Permitting Them to Conduct Business Within the Commonwealth. The Pre-bid is Not Mandatory However, All Bidders Shall Visit Each Site Independently to Inspect the Scope and to Insure the Comprehension of the Bid Documents.
