Any Bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No Bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law. Bidder agrees to furnish all materials and equipment and to perform all labor necessary to mill the existing asphalt to 1.5'' depth and overlay new 1.5'' asphalt pavement on six (6) separate City streets for a total area of +- 34,505 SY. Associated leveling, striping, and removing and replacing any speed bumps are also included. All turnouts for driveways and roadways shall be returned to existing grade, and all gravel driveways and gravel turnouts shall have an asphalt apron.
