Upgrades to perimeter fencing at several Judson ISD campuses. Combination of decorative fencing and new, replacement, and repair of chain link fence. Proposals must remain valid for sixty (60) calendar days after the proposal due date. A proposal bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Proposal, plus all additive alternatives, if applicable, shall be attached to the Proposal Form. Question Deadline 05/26/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Inquiries should be identified by title, date, proposal number, and should be submitted and posted to Judson ISD site at electronically. Judson ISD will then forward all inquiries to the Architect. Inquiries sent in any other format and/ or any other party will not be considered. The Project must be complete not later than March 28, 2025, assuming that the successful Offeror is given notice of its top ranking on or before June 21, 2024. A ny proposal must provide for final completion by this date. Al ternately, Offerors are asked to submit the number of calendar days required for completion of the Work, if completion of the Work shall be prior to such date. Offerors are advised that The Project is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,250 per day for each day 's delay in the Substantial Completion of the work. Document Note:
The deposit will be refu nded when proposal documents are returned as stated below: Qualified Offerors (General Contractors) may obtain up to two (2) sets of plans and specifications for the deposit indicated above. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Subcontractors, and Structural Steel Suppliers may obtain (1) one set of plans and specifications for the deposit indicated above.
